“Social Commentary, racism and COVID-19” is a new report from All Together Now analysing the racialisation of COVID-19 in mainstream Australian social commentary.
Released in partnership with the Asian Australian Alliance, the report explores the ways in which media discussions of COVID-19 have negatively racialised Asian and Asian Australian communities.
Hear from representatives from All Together Now and the Asian Australian Alliance as they discuss the issue of media racism, what it means for communities and what can be done to address it.
